There is no single useful list of custom zirconia rod sizes without a drawing and an application. The required diameter and length define the envelope; the mating parts and operating function determine which additional dimensions must be controlled.
Distinguish dimensional and geometric requirements
Diameter tolerance controls size. Straightness describes the form of the rod or its axis, depending on the drawing callout. Roundness, runout and end-face perpendicularity answer different questions. Use the requirement that matches the assembly and define the datum or inspection method when needed.
Show the ends and working zones
A sketch should identify flat, rounded or chamfered ends and any stepped diameter. Mark which section slides, seals or locates in a holder. Specify finish on that zone rather than automatically applying the same finish to every surface.
Leave room for a manufacturing review
