Produktbeschreibung A zirconia ceramic ball bearing enquiry should specify the complete assembly, not just the ball material. Clarify whether ceramic rings and ceramic balls are required, or whether the request concerns a hybrid bearing with metal rings. The cage, shields, seals and lubricant also need to suit the application. Identify the bearing arrangement Provide the bearing designation if known, together with bore diameter, outside diameter and width. For a custom arrangement, include a drawing showing the shaft, housing, shoulders and retention method. State whether you need a complete bearing or separate ceramic components. Describe the duty before comparing options Radial and axial loads, including shocks or intermittent loading. Rotational speed, duty cycle and required operating life or acceptance test. Temperature, moisture, chemicals and other environmental exposure. Lubrication method, sealing needs and permissible maintenance. Shaft and housing fits, clearance requirements and assembly constraints. Do not infer a complete bearing’s load, speed or temperature rating from a generic zirconia property value. Ask for the proposed assembly specification and evaluate it against the intended operating conditions.
