Our Cordierite Porous Electric Heating Ceramic Disc is an industrial-grade structural and support component designed for use in various heating systems, including electric heaters, hot air generators, burners, heat guns, drying lines, HVAC heating modules, and industrial thermal equipment.
Its primary functions are to fix heating wires or heating tubes, ensure uniform heat distribution, maintain electrical insulation, and enhance overall thermal stability.
Cordierite features a low thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal shock resistance, and stable dielectric properties, making it highly resistant to cracking or deformation under rapid heating and cooling cycles. It can operate continuously at 1100°C–1250°C without structural degradation or phase change, which is why cordierite ceramics are widely used in heavy-duty, frequently cycled industrial heating applications.
The product adopts a uniform multi-hole geometry, with hole layout customizable to match different heating wire configurations (spiral winding / parallel winding / high-power concentrated winding). During operation, the ceramic disc promotes even heat distribution and reduces localized overheating, which helps to improve heating efficiency, extend the service life of heating wires, and maintain temperature stability throughout the system.
