Compare zirconia rods, cylinders, balls and bearings by their shape and role in the assembly. Specify the material grade, contact conditions and fit requirements so the enquiry addresses the actual component.
Choosing a zirconia component
- Rods and cylinders. Show diameter, length, any bore or steps, and the surfaces controlling alignment or fit.
- Balls and bearings. Distinguish grinding media from a bearing component. Describe the contact media or the mating assembly and operating loads.
- Material and inspection. Provide the specified zirconia grade and identify required dimensional, straightness or surface checks on the drawing.
