Description du produit Alumina ceramic rings combine an annular shape with a defined insulating or supporting function. A ring used to separate electrical conductors needs a different drawing review from a ring used as a spacer or wear contact. Tell NORKE which surfaces locate the part, carry load or provide electrical separation. Define the ring around its mating parts Include the outer diameter, bore, thickness and any steps, grooves or mounting holes. Identify the locating diameter and seating face. Where alignment matters, specify the relationship between the bore and outer surface rather than relying only on individual diameter tolerances. Mark the faces that need flatness, parallelism or a specified surface finish. Show chamfers or edge radii, especially at insertion points and contact edges. Describe how the ring is retained: clamped, bonded, loose fitted or assembled against a shoulder. Information for an insulation review State the working voltage, temperature range, surrounding atmosphere and likely contamination or moisture. Include the conductor arrangement and available clearance. An alumina material name alone does not establish the electrical rating of the finished assembly; any required test method and acceptance limit should be agreed for the part.
