Mark any thread, shoulder, seal seat or insert holder. For an existing nozzle, state the working orientation and which feature has worn or failed.<\/p>\n<h2>Provide the operating medium<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Liquid, gas or slurry composition and any abrasive particles.<\/li>\n<li>Pressure and temperature conditions, including start-up or cleaning cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Required flow or spray result and the method used to check it.<\/li>\n<li>Contact with seals, metal holders or other mating materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Material selection needs to consider the actual medium and conditions.
